The R&D Laboratory has more than 50 R&D technicians composed of senior engineers, doctors and masters. The site covers an area of 1500 square meters with chromatographic testing room, physical and chemical testing room, atomic absorption room, technical research room, formulation research room, etc., equipped with testing instruments such as G1 microchannel reactor, gas chromatography-mass spectrometer, small spray dryer, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, liquid chromatograph, and gas chromatograph.

The R&D Laboratory is mainly engaged in the formulation development, technical research and quality inspection. The recent findings include the solvent-free synthesis process of Tebuconazole TC, the continuous synthesis process of Flonicamid TC, the formulation development of dry suspensions (DF), and the formulation development of compound fungicides.

The testing lab of the R&D Laboratory passed the on-site assessment of the National Laboratory Accreditation Committee in January 2019 and obtained the CNAS certification.

Our Registration Department is familiar with pesticide registration policies and regulations around the world and has provided registration services and technical support to hundreds of customers in 88 countries in Latin America, Africa, Europe, Asia, etc. The Department has supported clients with 6,000 registration applications and completed nearly 1,000 valid product registrations. It also has successful self-registration experience in countries and regions with strict registration requirements, such as the European Union, Australia, Brazil, Mexico and Peru. Besides, we also maintain long-term cooperation with a number of internationally renowned GLP laboratories.

The Production Base is located in the state-level chemical industry park, with a total investment of more than 300 million US dollars and nearly 300 employees, covering an area of 10 hectares. The factory, formerly known as Ningbo Pesticides Factory founded in 1958, is a designated pesticide synthesis enterprise of the State Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In 2001, it was merged as the production base of our company to develop and produce various kinds of eco-friendly agrochemicals with high efficiency and low toxicity. It has complete agrochemical processing equipment and technology, and can produce more than 500 varieties of EC, SC, SL, SE, ME, EW, FS, OD, WP, WS, SP, WG, SG, DF, CS and other formulation types according to FAO specification, with its product quality and packaging quality reaching the highest level in China.

Taking the formulation type of suspension concentrate as an example, the production process of twice shearing and three times grinding can make the product reach the highest standards of average particle size less than 2 microns, D90 less than 5 microns and suspension rate more than 97%.

The new solid formulation workshop invested in 2022 covers an area of 10,500 square meters, with planned capacity of 5,000 tons per year. Its DF processing technology for low-melting-point TC is at the leading level in China.
