Crop protection, crop cultivation, plant nutrition or related field of study
 

Key Responsibility:

• Propose farming solutions by analyzing feedbacks and reflections from market research. 
• Generate and implement innovative ideas on formulation development to enable effective and efficient results. 
• Manage the planning, implementation and analysis of the field trials on specific plant crops to guide the direction of product development.
• Coordinate on behalf of the company on various affairs with university organizations, professional societies, laboratories and institutions.
• Drive team member engagement and collaboration
