Sunjoy Agro and Zhejiang University Forge Strategic Collaborations for Employment

Sunjoy Agro joined hands with the College of Agriculture and Biotechnology of Zhejiang University as a strategic partner for employment. The cooperation fully used the advantages of both school and enterprise to establish a collaborative mechanism for talent training and recruiting.
Jin Min, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agricultural College, led nearly a team of 30 teachers and students to visit Sunjoy Agro on April 27.
The two parties extensively discussed promoting efficient matching mechanisms and signed an employment-focused strategic partnership agreement based on "resource sharing, complementary advantages, mutual benefit, and common development".
Zhang Zhenye, vice president of Sunjoy Agro, Li Zhiyu, vice general manager of the administration, Zhang Guoqing, manager of the overseas region, Yang Yang, supervisor of the registration department, and Xu Xiaoxia, supervisor of the human resources department, attended the meeting in the morning.
At the meeting, Mr. Zhang Zhenye introduced the industry situation, company history, corporate culture, company ranking, future planning, and our demand for talent. He said that we welcome pragmatic and innovative students who can “solve problems and create values” to join Sunjoy Agro. Secretary Jin Min introduced the development and advantages of the Agricultural College and outlined the goals and characteristics of its majors. She said that it is a win-win situation to be a strategic partner with Sunjoy Agro. She expects that the cooperation model can better serve agriculture and provide the industry with more graduates.
Li Zhiyu, Zhang Guoqing, and Yang Yang shared their work experience as Zhejiang University Alumni. They answered questions about employment and encouraged students to keep learning and improving.
In the afternoon, the students visited the production base located in Zhenhai National Chemical Industrial Park. Ji Longxiang, the manager of the production department, introduced the production workshops and leading technology in detail so that students can have a better understanding of the production and processing of agrochemicals.
The open day and the strategic cooperation have given students a better understanding of the company. Sunjoy Agro is a global supplier of premium agrochemicals pursing technical innovation and value creation.
